Oh the singer song-writer genre. The melodies, builds, and sweet lyrics can be magical for photo slideshows. I found Holley Maher on The Music Bed, a licensing website for artists who need music for their projects, and I instantly fell in love with her songs. Music is a big influence for my photography. Music influences how I shoot my couples, present images in a slideshows, and always gives me a background pep sing during my working hours.
This week, Adam and I have been moving out of our apartment into our first stand alone house! We are very excited for the transition and…once again music has been the background to our packing and unpacking partay.

It’s music Monday! Today we have a special guest who is a dear friend of mine. She played her CD release show this last Friday in Los Angeles and unfortunately I was unable to be there. I am thankful for the videos that were taken! This is a favorite of mine-it’s fun and catchy and makes me want to jump up and down and bob my head :)

I love the color white, Simple Magazine, and the less is more lifestyle. Ingrid Michaelson sings about love in the simplest of ways and it makes my heart take a fresh of breathe air the same way a white room with open space gives me peace of mind.
